“You’ll never get to see Jim Morrison and The Doors and if you’ve never seen The Rolling Stones or Aerosmith, then you have to see Pop Cherry!”

Pop Cherry exudes an energy like no other. This solid band from Toronto, Ontario Canada is influenced by all genres of music from Rock & Roll to the Doors, Beatles, Stones, Motown and countless other great musical talents & performs a phenomenal repertoire of Original Tracks. This band rocks the house every time always leaving the audience wanting more. Pop Cherry is an unforgettable act of musical talent all night long with a great following.

This band is a must see & hear!!”

Forget the country band stereotypes: The best way to describe a River Junction Band performance, is progressive, aggressive, rockin' country at its best. Boasting solid four part male and female harmonies, and drawing on influences as diverse as Johnny Cash, Loretta Lynn, AC/DC & The Rolling Stones. The result is country music with a definite edge.  Coming off their win for "Country Group of the Year" at the LMA, and Nomination for "Country Group of the Year" at the CMAO's... the band continues to be in demand to bring its high-energy show to appreciative audiences and a growing fan base.  They do this by maintaining a very busy performing schedule in the club and festival circuit.  The band has had the pleasure of supporting such major acts as: Toby Keith, Big & Rich, Terri Clark, Blue Rodeo, Small Town Pistols, Aaron Pritchett, The Roadhammers, Travis Tritt, Julian Austin, Jamie Warren, Johnny Reid, Doc Walker, George Canyon, Beverly Mahood, & Tara Oram. Adding to the impressive line up that RJB has supported is Emerson Drive at 2011's Burlington Sound of Music Festival, they have supported for Victoria Banks, Jason McCoy, Lone Star and Blake Shelton at Lucknow's Music in the Fields.

RJB was selected to perform at Canadian Music Week in Toronto Ont. 2011, 2012, 2013  & 2016!!! They performed to an amazing crowd at The Cadillac Lounge (first 2 years) on the Thurs. night of CMW, and in 2013 on the Friday night at the Cadillac Lounge, and has made a ton of new fans, and friends.  With its busy schedule, it's wondered how the band found time to record a debut EP at EMAC Recording studios in London Ontario.  The effort was produced by greats including Robert Nation and Moe Berg, and they garnered airplay at numerous stations in Canada and the United States.  On-air interviews followed, and the EP sold briskly at RJB shows and on I-Tunes. RJB is getting ready to release their new album the summer of 2018. The band also filmed their first music video produced by Replay Media Productions which was filmed on location in Lucan, Ontario.

The River Junction Band is honoured in being perennially nominated, and winning in 2008, and 2013 the award for "Country Group of the Year" at the London Music Awards. Nominated at the first ever CMAO Awards for "Group or Duo of the Year".  They were also finalists in the "Best Live" category, and won, "Best Country" act at the 2010 Toronto Independent Music Awards. Although the most rewarding moments for the band are when they are on stage getting the audience rockin', and creating new fans along the way.

RJB has grown its reputation as a solid live act and they absolutely love to hit the stage.....if it's a great country band you're looking for .......look no further than The River Junction Band.  Check out their website for more information at and also below for photos and videos.

A power couple based out of Cambridge, Ontario "The Jenny Howes Duo" are no new-comers to the local music scene.

Daryl, a drummer by trade, had aspirations of rock stardom since his childhood. After touring the country several times representing several genres of music, he has landed comfortably in this duo configuration now playing guitar along side his singer/songwriter wife, Jenny.

Jenny came into the music scene as a back up singer, somewhat later in the game. After meeting Daryl, they worked tirelessly on their music, creating and sharing a contagious energy that resonated with their listeners. This placed Jenny's vocals all up front!

Developing a sound all their own; while incorporating acoustic and electric guitar and lively percussion, this duo creates a vibe that is both edgy and soulful. Influenced by classic singer songwriters of the 70's; rock and grunge of the 90's; and pop and indie folk rock of today, Jenny and Daryl are sure not to disappoint, covering a unique variety of music guaranteed to have you singing right along!

You don’t have to spend much time with singer-songwriter Jayme Lynn Reed to appreciate her talent and sincerity as well as her feel-good story that continues to develop right before our eyes. A small town girl from Keswick, Ontario, Jayme Lynn’s passion has carried her to performances at some of the most popular venues in Nashville... as well as put her in front of the music industry’s top development figures. She has been performing in front of live audiences since the age of 10, and now travels throughout Ontario with her band, performing at fairs, festivals, country bars, etc. Jayme Lynn is backed by a group of talented and credible musicians. Some of them include guitarist Graham Young (just played at CCMA’s Country Music Week), bassist Drew Danko (who has taken after his father, Terry, and his uncle, Rick, from ‘The Band’), and drummer Jeff Cox (from The Road Heavy).  She is also working on her debut EP to be recorded in Nashville (at RCA Studios) and released to radio in the fall.

Barbara Lynn has always had a connection with music, starting at an early age with the influences of her family, in particular a grandfather who could play almost anything on the piano by ear and many uncles who were gifted musicians. From there Barbara Lynn, raised in the Toronto suburb of Scarborough, looked to a number of alternative rock musicians, the Cranberries, Tori Amos, and Holly McNarland to name a few, as inspirations for her early songwriting. While the country influence has been in her background for much of her life, heard around her family’s trucking business or being a regular listener when the more contemporary artists began to rise to prominence, it wasn’t until developing her 2010 self-titled debut album where she found that country was the perfect sound for the songs that she had written with legendary producer Murray Daigle.

Made once again in collaboration with Murray Daigle, her second album, 2014’s Love From All Sides, is a full exploration of her fully developed country sound featuring no shortage of foot stomping, energetic instrumentals.

While all of her works feature a common thread of Barbara Lynn’s unabashed and total honesty in who she is, these expressions of her true self are reflected the most in her third full studio album, Reveal. Recorded in 2016 in Nashville under the supervision of noted record producer Larry Beaird, the album is a continuation of her previous works in their remarkably true-to-self lyrics, but her sound is more refined and uniquely hers, signalling the many years spent performing and perfecting her music.

The album has been influenced to some degree by some painful times for Barbara, including a set of circumstances preventing her from continuing her second love, horseback riding. However, there’s also been a lot of love in the form of her ever-supportive family and musical connections that have encouraged her to stay the course and follow her heart. With these elements contributing to a personal evolution, Reveal is true to its title in that it reveals Barbara Lynn Doran to her listeners and herself in a way that is both personal and universal.

KLM Sisters

Dangerfield are a six piece Classic Rock and Blues band that have been rocking out together now for the last twenty five years. Originally formed in the late eighties, John, Rick and Keith were brought together with a mutual love of music and performing. Mike joined in 2004 and Peter was added to the line up in 2010. In 2018,Dangerfield have the pleasure of welcoming vocalist Marcia into the fold. Marcia brings her many years of vocal experience into the band.

Prior to the additions of Mike,Peter and Marcia,Dangerfield had the pleasure of many great different musicians playing with the band who taught us and helped to create their sound. As well as some of the great rock classics by artists like the Eagles, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, and Adele to name a few, Dangerfield will also on occasion mix in some of their original music written by John Onazuk.

2018, will mark the sixth year in a row that Dangerfield has had the pleasure of performing at Turockstock and again look forward to bringing their music to this enjoyable and growing event.
